Child’s Pose (Balasana)
This pose is for resting and it releases stress in your back and neck. It can even help relieve headaches.
Sit on your knees with your toes touching. Then lean forward with your legs a little stretched out so that they are on the sides on your chest.
Allow your back to be rounded as it releases stress and stretchy your hands and arms out in front of you.
Breath slow and deep and try to stretch out your exhale as much as possible. This is a resting pose so you can do it anytime you like to take a break and relax. You can do this from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
