Extended Triangle Pose

This is a good pose to add to your Yoga workout as it increases balance and tones a variety of muscle groups.

As with all Yoga poses this one helps in various physical ailments including relieving backache and insomnia.

Place your legs wider than shoulde distance part.

Stretch towards the floor with the goal of placing your palm on the ground. If you can't strecth that far then only go down as far as is comfortable for you.

Strtch the other hand over your head with your heand pointing upwards and look at you finger tips.

Hold the pose for 5-8 breaths and then do the other side.

Remember to breathe deep and slow and move into each position slowly.
