Viparita Karani - Legs Up The Wall Pose
This is a very simple and beneficial exersize. When you relax into this pose the blood comes down from your legs into your chest and brains. Combine this with slow deep breathing and practice this for 5-10 minutes and you will feel refreshed.
Start this pose by sitting down about a foot away from the wall with the wall on your side. Then slowly lay down and put your feet up. You can move up till you're about 5-6 inches away from the wall. Remember to only go as far as you are comfortable.
